117 regulation is the upgraded version of 110 regulation, and its changes are mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1, strengthen the concept of "prevention first", add the content of "preventive control measures", require the enterprises to establish a food safety plan, analyze the hazards of the food they produce, process, package or store, and develop preventive control measures to eliminate these hazards; 2. increase the requirements for allergen control; 3.require enterprises to establish a "supply chain plan" for raw and auxiliary materials that need preventive control measures based on risk, and implement verification activities such as document review, on-site review, sampling and testing.
