A: Yes, free sample is available for your evaluation before bulk production (500g-1000g). Buyer will only bear the freight fee (fedex, DHL or other express, we will help to get good price).
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery. T/T or L/C is available.
Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, our products are 100% tested before delivery. The third party testing is available. Q: What documents do you provide?
A: We provide commercial Invoice, packing list, Bill of loading, certificate of origin, health certificate. If you have any special requirements on them, we will according to you.
Q: How about the packing?
A: Usually we provide the packing as 25 kg / bag. If you have special requirements on them, please advise us before production.
