Our Bovine collagen type I is a powder extracted from the bovine cartilages, it has a good solubility in water, because it has a small molecular weight of about 3000 dalton.
It is odorless with a bulk density of about 0.35g/ml.
Collagen is the main structural protein in the extracellular space in the various connective tissues in animal bodies. There are 5 types of collagen while 90% of collagen in the body is TYPE I. It is extracted from Animal skin and bones and it contains 19 kinds of amino acids.
