Chondroitin sulfate sodium is a white powder, odorless, tasteless, with strong water absorption. It is easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol and other organic solvents. This compound is widely present in animal cartilage, larynx bone, and nasal bone from sources like cows and chickens. It is primarily used in health products and cosmetics for bones, tendons, ligaments, skin, and cornea tissues.
Manufacturing Process
We produce Chondroitin sulfate sodium Granules (DC grade) using boiling granulation. The process involves suspending powder material in a closed container where hot air flow creates fluid circulation for uniform mixing. A mist binder is sprayed to moisten the powder, forming loose small particles that develop into ideal, uniform multi-microporous spherical particles. This method combines mixing, granulation, and drying in a single process.
