Undenatured chicken collagen is produced under a low temperature in order to maitain the activity of the collagen. It is extracted from the chicken sternum and cartilages. It is a yellowish powder with bulk density of about 0.5g/ml. It contain chondroitin, glucosamine and hyaluronic acid.
