For the packing service,We are also able to provide two types of packing service.

• One is packed the blend powders into small sachets.The formulation of the powder could be customized according to your idea. But according to our experience, a popular formulation we see in the market is 1200 mg chondroitin plus 1500 mg glucosamine. 

• The other packing is 25KGS/drum. If we packed the powder into 25KG/Drum, you can buy the powder just the same as you buy normal chondroitin and glucosamine. Then you repack the powder into sachets in your factory.

The key advantage of the powder is that it has a perfect solubility into water, you could dissolve the powder into water quickly and then drink it.

The active ingredients in the powder

Basicly, we put the three joint health ingredients together, mixed it with some other excipients, granulate it and make it into a powder with perfect solubility in water. Below are the three key ingredients in the powder:

1. Chondroitin Sulfate
 

Chondroitin sulfate is known as a joint health ingredient and it had been used in the market for several decades. Chondroitin sulfate is extracted from bovine, porcine, avian or shark cartilages. The most common specification of chondroitin we used is 90% purity USP grade. It is said that Chondroitin sulfate helps to prevent the breadown of cartilages in joints. Thus it is widely used in dietary supplements intended for joint health.

2. Glucosamine
 

Another ingredient we use is Glucosamine. It is extracted from shellfish including the shrimp and the crab. Glucosamine we see in the market is stabilized into three types: glucosamine hydrochloride (glucosamine HCL) glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride(Glucosamine sulfate 2KCL) and glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride (Glucosamine sulfate 2NACL).

It is said that Glucosamine is considered as the building blocks for cartilages in joints, thus it is windely used in joint health products.
